Project timelines are estimates based on the information provided and assume:

  • Prompt feedback and approvals

We will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed deadlines but cannot guarantee completion dates due to factors beyond our control.

6. Intellectual Property

Clients retain ownership of all content, trademarks, and materials provided to us for the project.

6.2 Developed Work

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom code and designs created specifically for their project. This excludes:

  • Third-party software, plugins, and frameworks
  • Our proprietary tools and methodologies
  • Templates or code that may be reused in other projects

6.3 Portfolio Rights

We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • We are not responsible for issues arising from client modifications or third-party actions

10. Termination

10.1 Termination by Client

Clients may terminate projects at any time with written notice. Payment is due for all work completed up to the termination date.

10.2 Termination by Company

We may terminate projects in case of:

  • Non-payment of invoices
  • Breach of these terms
  • Unreasonable client behavior or demands

11. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from acts beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, or other unforeseen circumstances.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
